Who is Clive Leach:
Clive Leach Bio March 2012
Clive is an evidence-based organisational coach and facilitator and holds a Master of Organisational Coaching from the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit and is a certified Realise2 Strengths Practitioner. He provides coaching for leadership, performance, career transition and well-being with the corporate, public and community sectors.
Clive has a particular interest in the use of coaching as an applied positive psychology with an emphasis on using strengths-based approaches to help people to improve their well-being and capacity to be their best within their professional and personal lives.
He also actively applies his knowledge and learning to benefit organisations and educational institutions through the design and delivery of workshops on coaching skills, well-being, employee engagement and resilience in the Australia, Asia and the U.K.
A former head of youth and community education services in the UK, Clive actively supports organisations within the not-for-profit and community sectors, particularly those that target young people and the aged care community.
Clive has spoken at numerous national conferences in Australia and the UK on the application of evidence-based coaching and positive psychology in workplace and community settings. These include the National Women at Work Conference organised by Macquarie University and the National Youth Affairs Conference.
